Space is available for flexible hire either daily, weekly or monthly durations and occupiers (joint or solo) can also benefit from Duck in Boots promotional activity which we are happy to discuss. There is ample space for outside seating and promotional signage and each pod is 2.2m by 5.8m internally. You hire the shell unit and can then dress is to meet your brand. We do offer shelf and rail hire if required.
The pods themselves are located in the heart of the town centre, near to the town hall and opposite a large free car park just off the high-street and historic Market Hill. The pod-site has an on-site gym and spa and we also have our own new Duck In Boots store on site - therefore the pods are ideally positioned with guaranteed passing footfall.
The pods offer independent businesses flexible trading options which is ideal in the current uncertain trading conditions where lengthy leases are not suitable for small operations. A typical lease would normally see a commitment of 3 to 6 years in most properties, with the added expense of electric, building insurance and rates too, this is not viable especially in the current climate. Whilst we can accommodate Food & Beverage traders, cooking is not permitted inside the pods. Food traders will need to demonstrate their business registration and hygiene rating prior to booking and must not conflict with the neighbouring bakery.
